Package Includes:

  • 1- Complimentary Consultation

  • 2-Prenatal Appointments for Birth Preferences and Childbirth Education

  • 1-Postpartum Visit within one week of birth

  • On call 24/7 from 38 weeks to birth

  • Phone/text/email support

  • Present emotionally and physically at birth, and provide immediate postpartum support after birth for approximately two hours

  • Support to create birth preferences that are best for you, using evidence-based information and your intuition

  • Space to process your feelings about your pregnancy, birth and postpartum with someone who is not there to judge, only to make sure you feel seen and heard throughout all of these phases

  • Looking out for signs of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and finding you the right support for you if you are experiencing a PMAD.

EXTENDED BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE


 

Package Includes:

  • Everything in the standard Birth Support Package, but includes 4-Postpartum Visits (3-hours each) instead of just one.

  • Provides extra support in the postpartum to help you transition into parenthood

  • On call 24/7 from 38 weeks to birth

  • Phone/text/email support

  • Present emotionally and physically at birth, and provide immediate postpartum support after birth for approximately two hours

  • Support to create birth preferences that are best for you, using evidence-based information and your intuition

  • Space to process your feelings about your pregnancy, birth and postpartum with someone who is not there to judge, only to make sure you feel seen and heard throughout all of these phases

VIRTUAL BIRTH PREFERENCES SUPPORT


 

Package Includes:

  • 1x 2-hour virtual session to discuss and lay out preferences for labor and birth, so that you can make informed decisions about your health.

  • During our meeting we will also take time to process how you are feeling leading up to labor and birth - letting out some of the worries, desires and questions are all part of preparing for the birth of your baby. 

  • A one page document with your preferences laid out clearly, for you to bring to your birth and for discussion with your healthcare provider. 

  • A list of carefully selected items to bring to your birth, customized based on your specific wants and needs.

  • One-week of email support, after our meeting, to answer any follow-up questions!
